Alpha H2 has secured a deal with a Latin American distributor that will deliver its hydrogen injection systems across Mexico, Ecuador, Panama, Peru, Chile, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Argentina, Brazil and Spain.
Initial volumes are at US$45m in order interest from the region for the first year, with revenue expected to reach US$500m+ per annum in sales of Alpha H2 kits after five years.
Alpha H2 sees significant demand for its technology in this region, as it produces on-demand hydrogen which is injected into an internal combustion engine (ICE) to improve combustion efficiency, delivering reduced fuel usage and carbon emissions.
Given there are 128 million cars & light trucks across Latin America, the Company says there is a significant addressable market for this technology.
Alpha believes hydrogen injection kits will play a key role in this market — particularly for commercial fleet owners — as it provides an immediately available solution to their fuel cost challenges and the increasing demand to reduce emissions.
The Company also recently completed third-party testing, which aligned with previous tests undertaken and reinforced the efficacy of the technology available.
Test Results:
- 20% reduction in fuel usage.
- 13% reduction in carbon dioxide emissions.
- 16% reduction in hydrocarbon emissions.
Since launching in October 2023, Alpha H2 has received US$50m-plus in order interest from transport, mining and construction operators across Australia, Africa, the Middle East, the Americas, and Europe.
Alpha H2 is currently open to investors, which provides the opportunity to secure ground-floor access to a Company that is building global momentum.
